In its second consecutive year, TechNet Transatlantic, organized by AFCEA Europe in collaboration with AFCEA chapters in Stuttgart, Kaiserslautern, and Wiesbaden, continues to serve as a paramount event for the warfighting community within the US Forces in Europe.
